DTF Gang Sheet Sizes Explained: Which Length Do You Need?

How do you choose the right length?
- List every design with its print size and quantity.
- Turn them into rows: two fronts per 11.25″ row, one back per 14.25″ row, six 3″ logos per 3.25″ row.
- Add up the rows and round up to the next sheet length.
- Use leftover length for extra copies or small designs you will need later.

Why are gang sheets 22″ wide?
22″ is the printable width of the DTF film and printers most shops use. It fits two adult front prints side by side, or one full back print with room for small designs beside it. Every gang sheet is the same width; only the length changes.
Is one long sheet better than several short ones?
One long sheet is almost always cheaper, because the price per inch drops at 60″ and again at 120″.
