How fast will I get it?
Orders placed by 2 PM PT Monday–Friday (12 PM on Saturday) ship the same day from San Jose, CA. Nevada orders (Las Vegas, Reno and nearby) usually arrive the next day. Other US states usually get them in 1–3 days.
Which way should I order?

Do I need a heat press?
A heat press gives the best and longest-lasting result. Pressing instructions come with every order. A home iron can work for small prints, but results vary.

Pressing Instructions
- Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Let it cool for a few seconds.
- Position the transfer film side up on the garment and cover it with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
- First press: 275°F for 7 seconds at medium pressure. Do not exceed 300°F or 10 seconds.
- Peel hot: open the press and peel the film right away in one smooth motion, starting from a corner and keeping the film low and close to the garment. If any part lifts, lay the film back down, press 2–3 more seconds and peel again.
- Second press: cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds. Do not exceed 300°F or 5 seconds.
More heat and more time does not mean better adhesion. Over-pressing scorches the transfer and is the #1 cause of cracking after the first wash. Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Full guide: DTF pressing instructions.
Art Upload Recommendations
- One design per file, PNG with a transparent background works best. PDF, SVG, AI and PSD are fine too.
- 300 DPI at print size. An 11″-wide print needs about 3,300 px; a 4″ left chest about 1,200 px. We show you how big your file prints sharp as soon as you upload it.
- Crop tight to your artwork. Empty space around the design counts toward the size.
- Avoid soft glows and semi-transparent edges.
- No mirroring needed.
Wash & Care
- Wait 24 hours after pressing before the first wash so the adhesive fully cures.
- Turn the garment inside out.
- Wash cold (max 85°F / 30°C) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- No bleach, fabric softener or stain removers. Do not dry clean.
- Tumble dry low or, better, hang dry. High heat is the most common cause of cracking.
- Never iron directly on the print: iron inside out or put a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over it.
- Wash with similar colors and avoid heavy loads with zippers or denim that rub the print.

By the width you pick and how many you order, from $1.25 per transfer. You only pay for your design's size.
Do you have bulk pricing?
Yes, and it applies automatically in your cart: 10+ transfers save 15%, 25+ save 25%, 50+ save 35%, 100+ save 45% and 250+ save 50%.
What is the difference between roll and pre-cut?
Roll transfers come on one sheet that you cut yourself. Pre-cut transfers (+$0.25 each) come trimmed and ready to place on the garment.
What size should my DTF transfer be?
Common sizes: left chest 3–4″ wide, adult front or back 10–12″ wide, youth front 8–9″ wide. Preview your design at real size on the page before you order.
