DTF gang sheets: pay by the inch.
Every DTF gang sheet is 22″ wide. Longer sheets cost less per inch, down to $0.42 per inch at 120″ and up. Printing 400″ or more? Wholesale DTF transfers start at $0.40 per inch and drop to $0.34.
What is DTF printing?
Direct-to-film: your design is printed on a special film with a white base and adhesive powder. You heat press it onto the garment and peel the film away. It works on cotton, polyester, blends and more.
Which ordering option should I pick?
Many different designs: Gang Sheet Builder. A finished 22″ file: Upload Gang Sheet. Lots of copies of one design: Transfers by Size.
Do I need a heat press?
Yes. A heat press gives even heat and pressure: 275°F for 7 seconds at medium pressure, peel hot, then a 5-second second press. We don't recommend a household iron. See our pressing instructions.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on weekdays ship the same day. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you pick at checkout, and US orders over $50 ship free.
What if my print has a problem?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. If we made a mistake, we reprint it free.
