Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from San Jose, California.
Processing time
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday, or by 12:00 PM PT on Saturday, are printed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sunday or on US public holidays ship the next business day.
- If we need to fix something in your file, processing starts once the file is approved.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Estimated delivery = processing time + transit time.

Fast to Nevada: orders to Las Vegas, Reno and the rest of Nevada usually arrive the next day. Other US states usually get them in 1–3 days.
Free shipping: every order of $75 or more ships free. DTF and UV DTF orders ship free from $50. If an order under $75 has both DTF items and custom apparel, checkout shows $5.99 for each group. Ordering 12 or more garments for a team or business? Email info@beedtf.com for bulk pricing.
The exact options and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping options appear automatically when your order qualifies.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays
We ship on time, but transit times are estimates from the carrier. Weather, carrier delays, peak season and holidays can slow deliveries down. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control; we'll still help you follow up with the carrier.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we'll reship it once you confirm the address; extra shipping costs apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email info@beedtf.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We'll work with the carrier and reprint or refund if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
