We ship to every address in Carson City and nearby: Dayton, Mound House, Virginia City, and across the Carson Valley in Minden, Gardnerville and Genoa. On the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe we deliver to Stateline and Zephyr Cove. Orders ship the same day and arrive in 1 business day, 2 at most; mountain routes can take a little longer in winter storms.
Carson City sits at about 4,800 feet with dry air, but your heat press settings don't change: 275°F for 7 seconds at medium pressure, peel hot, then a 5-second second press, never above 300°F. Pre-press every garment for 5 seconds. Full steps: DTF pressing instructions.
Many Carson City orders are small: 12 shirts for a department, 20 for a team, a handful for a fundraiser. With no minimums and gang sheets from 22×12″, you pay only for what you need. Mixing several designs? Put them all on one sheet in the gang sheet builder.
DTF wins on short runs, full-color logos and mixed designs: no screens, no setup fees. Screen printing still makes sense for very large runs of a simple one-color design.
Use UV DTF stickers on wine glasses, tumblers, bottles and signs. They peel and stick with no heat press, from small logos to full tumbler wraps.
