Common questions
Why did my print crack?
High dryer heat is the most common cause, followed by over-pressing. Hang dry or tumble dry low, and press at 275°F for 7 seconds, not longer. See our pressing instructions.
Can I wash in hot water?
Wash cold, max 85°F (30°C), on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hot water and high heat shorten the life of any print.
Can I add care symbols to my own shirts?
Yes. Our custom neck labels include wash and care icons.
