Short answer: A UV DTF sticker gang sheet is one 22″ wide sheet filled with many stickers that you cut apart after it arrives. A 22″ × 10″ sheet costs $12 and holds about 36 stickers at 2″ with ¼″ gaps, which works out to about $0.33 each, compared with $2.25 for a single 2″ sticker. Build it online or upload a ready file, using transparent PNGs at 300 DPI.

If you order more than a handful of stickers, a gang sheet is almost always the cheaper way. The layout logic is the same one we use for heat-press DTF transfers, but the sheet prints as peel-and-stick UV DTF for cups, jars, phone cases and packaging.

What is a UV DTF sticker gang sheet?

A UV DTF sticker gang sheet is a single printed sheet, 22″ wide, with many sticker designs placed side by side. You pay for the sheet size, not for each sticker.

Each sticker on the sheet has the same build as a single UV DTF sticker: white base, full color and a raised glossy finish, on a clear top film. You cut the designs apart, then apply each one by hand. No heat press. If UV DTF is new to you, start with our guide on what UV DTF is.

How do you build a UV DTF sticker gang sheet online?

Open the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder, pick a sheet length, add your designs and arrange them before you add the sheet to your cart.

  1. Pick a sheet size. Start with 22×10″ or 22×20″ for a first test run.
  2. Upload your designs. Transparent PNGs work best.
  3. Set each design's size in inches. Size it to the real sticker size you want on the item.
  4. Duplicate designs to fill the sheet. You can mix sizes and designs on one sheet.
  5. Keep about ¼″ between stickers and keep everything inside the sheet edges.
  6. Check the preview for resolution warnings and white boxes behind designs.
  7. Add to cart. A real person checks the file before it prints.

How do you upload a ready-made UV DTF gang sheet?

If you already laid out your sheet in a design program, use Upload UV DTF Gang Sheet and pick the matching sheet size.

Your file should be exactly 22″ wide and match the length you order. At 300 DPI, a 22″ × 10″ sheet is 6,600 × 3,000 pixels, and a 22″ × 20″ sheet is 6,600 × 6,000 pixels. Keep the background transparent, keep the spacing between designs, and stay under 300 MB per uploaded file.

How should you prepare sticker files for a gang sheet?

Prepare each sticker as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at its real print size, in RGB. That is the same baseline we use for every print.

  • Transparent background: anything that isn't transparent prints, white included.
  • Pixels: print inches × 300. A 2″ sticker needs 600 × 600 pixels; a 3″ sticker needs 900 × 900.
  • Lines and text: keep lines at least 1 pt and text at least 6 pt at print size. Small stickers make this easy to miss.
  • Trim empty space: crop the canvas close to the art so spacing on the sheet is accurate.
  • No soft glows: faint shadows and semi-transparent edges can print as haze.

The full checklist is on our file guidelines page.

How much space should you leave between stickers?

Leave about ¼″ between stickers. That gap gives you room to cut each sticker out without clipping the design.

Less space saves a little room but makes cutting fiddly, especially with scissors. More space wastes sheet length. If you want a clear border around each sticker after cutting, add that border to the design itself rather than relying on the gap. Keep stickers off the very edge of the sheet too.

How many stickers fit on a UV DTF gang sheet?

On a 22″ × 10″ sheet with ¼″ gaps, you can fit about 60 stickers at 1.5″, 36 at 2″, 18 at 3″ or 10 at 4″. The math is simple: each sticker takes its own size plus ¼″, and the last one in a row doesn't need a gap.

Square sticker size Per row (22″) Rows on 22×10″ Total on 22×10″ Rows on 22×20″ Total on 22×20″
1.5″ 12 5 60 11 132
2″ 9 4 36 9 81
3″ 6 3 18 6 36
4″ 5 2 10 4 20
6″ 3 1 3 3 9

Example for 2″: nine stickers take 9 × 2″ plus 8 gaps of ¼″, which is 20″ of the 22″ width. Four rows take 4 × 2″ plus 3 gaps, which is 8.75″ of the 10″ length. A tenth sticker per row would need 22.25″, so it doesn't fit.

Watch the 3″ size. Seven 3″ stickers with ¼″ gaps need 22.5″, which is wider than the sheet, so a row holds six. Nine rows of 2″ fill a 22″ × 20″ sheet exactly, edge to edge; if your layout needs a margin at the ends, plan on eight rows (72 stickers).

Is a UV DTF gang sheet cheaper than single stickers?

Yes, once you need more than a few of each design. At 2″, a full 22″ × 10″ sheet costs about $0.33 per sticker, compared with $2.25 for a single.

Sticker size Single sticker price 22×10″ sheet ($12) Same count as singles 22×20″ sheet ($23) Same count as singles
1.5″ $1.75 60 at $0.20 each $105.00 132 at $0.17 each $231.00
2″ $2.25 36 at $0.33 each $81.00 81 at $0.28 each $182.25
3″ $3.00 18 at $0.67 each $54.00 36 at $0.64 each $108.00
4″ $3.75 10 at $1.20 each $37.50 20 at $1.15 each $75.00

Singles still make sense for one or two stickers, or when you want them pre-cut (add $0.25 each). Our UV DTF stickers and wraps also include ready-sized tumbler and glass can wraps if you need a full wrap, not small stickers. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
