How same-day DTF shipping works at BeeDTF: the 2 PM PT cutoff, what slows orders down, shipping options and how to plan a rush order for an event.
Short answer: At BeeDTF, DTF transfers ordered by 2 PM Pacific Time Monday to Friday (12 PM on Saturday) are printed, checked and shipped the same day. Delivery then depends on the shipping method you pick: standard is $5.99 (free over $50) and Express is $13. To make the cutoff, upload print-ready files so the file check doesn't have to pause your order.
"Same day" is a promise about when an order leaves the shop, not when it arrives. Knowing that difference is what gets shirts finished in time for a game, a market or a launch. Every order goes through the same four steps on the day it is placed. Nothing waits in a queue overnight if it comes in before the cutoff.

How long does delivery take after it ships?
After the order ships, carrier transit time takes over. You choose the method at checkout and see the options for your address there.

For a hard deadline, pick Express and order at least one business day earlier than you think you need. Weather and carrier delays are outside anyone's control.
What can slow a same-day order down?
Almost every delayed same-day order has one of these causes, and most are avoidable:

Which ordering option is fastest?

- DTF transfers by size is simplest for one design in one size.

How do you plan a rush order for an event?
- Count back from the event: pressing day, delivery day, ship day.
- Order by 2 PM PT on the ship day at the latest, ideally that morning.
- Choose Express if there is less than a few days of buffer.
- Order 5–10% extra transfers for misprints and last-minute sizes.
- Have blanks ready before transfers arrive, and pre-press each one.
- Press with tested settings: 275°F, 7 seconds, medium pressure, hot peel, 5-second finish.
